Acceptance
Section titled “Acceptance”By downloading or using FiveLaunch, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
Section titled “License”FiveLaunch is open-source software. You may use, inspect, and modify it under the terms of its license in the repository. The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Acceptable use
Section titled “Acceptable use”- Use FiveLaunch to manage your own FiveM setups on hardware you control.
- Do not use it to violate FiveM’s, Cfx.re’s, or Rockstar Games’ terms of service.
- Do not redistribute modified builds as official FiveLaunch releases.
Backups and data safety
Section titled “Backups and data safety”FiveLaunch links and syncs real folders in your FiveM install and can create backups. You are responsible for keeping your own backups before advanced use. See the Backups guide. We are not responsible for lost mods, settings, or saves.
No affiliation
Section titled “No affiliation”FiveLaunch is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by FiveM, Cfx.re, Rockstar Games, or Take-Two Interactive. All trademarks belong to their owners.
Limitation of liability
Section titled “Limitation of liability”To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors are not liable for any damages arising from the use of FiveLaunch, including data loss, account actions taken by third-party servers, or game or system issues.
